April 21, 2010 : 1900hrs — Clark County Fire District 6 crews, along with the Vancouver Fire Department were dispatched just after 19:00 to a single-story residential for a working structure fire.

Companies arrived in under 4 minutes, confirmed smoke showing from the Charlie side of the house, and immediately went into an attack mode.

The home was occupied by two adults at the time who were able to safely evacuate. The Fire Marshall determined the cause to an electrical failure of an exhaust fan in the rear bathroom.
