February 16, 2008 — Longview (WA) Fire Department, along with Woodland (WA) and Rainier (OR) crews conducted a live fire training burn in an office building donated by the Cowlitz Indian Tribe.

Crews practiced different interior drills and attacks ending the day with a full raze of the building.

The Cowlitz Indian Tribe wanted the building leveled in preparation of a new medical office building and chose to donate the building to the fire department for training.
